Returns & Refunds Policy
1.1. To return goods please contact us via email at email@example.com or call customer service at 0208 191 8621 quoting your order number, and we will provide you with our returns address and a return’s reference.
1.2. You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time within FOURTEEN (14) days of placing your order by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, in which case we will provide you with a full refund. Should you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products to you, then you must first return the products to us before we refund you, and we will deduct from your refund the delivery cost.
1.3. If for the Ageless has shipped the wrong products or they have arrived in a damaged condition or they are not as described, the package and products must be returned to for the Ageless for inspection within THIRTY (30) days of the dispatch date. In the event we find that we are at fault, we will offer you the choice of either a refund or a replacement product and we will be responsible for all delivery costs.
1.4. In addition to your rights in paragraphs 1.2. and 1.3., once an order has been dispatched you may return the ordered products within THIRTY (30) days of purchase. To be accepted, returned products must be unopened with seals intact and in a good, unopened, sealed, re-saleable condition, with proof of purchase. If an item has been used/opened, we cannot accept a return due to health and safety regulations for food supplements and cosmetics.
2.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
2.2. If your returned product is in good condition (1.4.), the refund will be processed and credit will be applied automatically to your original method of payment.
2.3. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially cleared in your account. If you’ve taken these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 0208 191 8621.
